Come along to this year's Royal Highland Show at Ingliston, near Edinburgh, where Siobhan will be demonstrating some fabulous healthy eating recipes on behalf of the Food Standards Agency Scotland. The show runs from 23rd to 26th June 2011 - Siobhan will be there Thursday & Friday so come and say hi !

My name is Siobhan Ingram and I am a freelance Home Economist based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. I have a BSc degree in Home Economics and have demonstrated for a variety of clients including Food Standards Agency Scotland, Quality Meat Scotland & Lidl Supermarkets.
